Recently, Sichuan Dact Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hydrogen Maple, completed the construction of the Sichuan Jiuyuan Special Gas Shale Gas Comprehensive Utilization Project under the EPC general contracting model, and it successfully passed the owner's final acceptance.

The project utilizes the proprietary helium extraction process independently developed by Dact Energy, integrating core technologies such as membrane separation, dehydrogenation, PSA pressure swing adsorption, drying, and purification, establishing a leading large-scale crude helium refining production line in China. Compared to cryogenic separation methods, the facility offers better investment efficiency, along with flexible process operation, stable performance, and convenient start-up and shutdown.

The project produces helium with a stable purity exceeding 99.999% (5N), with all key indicators meeting the contract requirements. It can stably supply high-tech fields such as aerospace, optical fiber manufacturing, semiconductors, and magnetic resonance imaging (low-temperature superconductivity), and is suitable for purifying helium-containing gas sources like natural gas and LNG BOG gas, contributing to enhancing China's self-sufficiency capability in helium resources.

The successful acceptance marks another recognition of Dact Energy's technical strength and engineering delivery capabilities in the field of shale gas comprehensive utilization and rare gas extraction. The company stated that it will continue to focus on the R&D and application of gas separation and purification technologies, providing support for the safeguarding of national strategic resources and the development of clean energy.
