Recently, LONGi Hydrogen Energy delivered its first batch of containerized hydrogen production systems via water electrolysis, comprising two units with a single-unit power of 2 MW, serving the electronic specialty gases scenario. To meet the high standards of hydrogen purity and system reliability required for this scenario, the company conducted specialized optimizations through containerized integration solutions to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment.
This marks the company's first commercial delivery of containerized hydrogen production equipment, aimed at reducing the levelized cost of hydrogen (LCOH). The systems offer four major advantages: intensive system integration, customized outdoor design, prefabricated delivery (installation cycle shortened by over 50%), and flexible deployment, enhancing project efficiency and controllability.
By selecting compatible metal materials and optimizing equipment structure and surface treatment, hydrogen production quality is ensured; redundant design of core units enhances system stability; the safety scheme has undergone multiple reviews, strengthening the operational safety of industrial parks. The electronic specialty gases scenario imposes stringent requirements on hydrogen quality, with key indicators needing to reach PPB levels. LONGi Hydrogen Energy addressed design requirements upfront, ensuring hydrogen production quality and operational safety through material structure optimization, redundant configuration of core units, and multiple safety reviews.
