Recently, a significant announcement emerged from the Taiyuan Heavy Industry Intelligent High-end Engineering Excavator Industrial Park: the industry's first 135-mt methanol-dragline hybrid hydraulic excavator (model TZ1350ET) has successfully rolled off the production line. This "green smart pioneer," clad in bright yellow, integrates clean power with superior performance, injecting new momentum into green mine construction and showcasing Taiyuan Heavy Industry's continuous innovation strength in the new energy engineering equipment sector.

As an industry-first product, the TZ1350ET achieves deep integration of "green" and "smart" features. Its power system innovatively adopts a dual-mode design of "methanol power + dragline technology," enabling flexible and efficient methanol-driven operation during mobile work and cost-saving grid power supply for fixed-point, long-duration tasks, meeting diverse operational needs with a single machine and expanding applicable scenarios for green operations. In terms of economy and reliability, the product is equipped with a split-type power generation system, offering reduced vibration, more stable operation, effectively lowering failure rates and maintenance costs; two 300kW methanol generator sets provide ample power reserve, ensuring uninterrupted operation, with annual operating costs potentially reduced by over 1 million yuan compared to traditional fuel-powered machines, making it a "sharp tool" for mine cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

At the intelligent control level, the TZ1350ET incorporates advanced electro-hydraulic control technology, achieving precise matching and intelligent regulation of power, output, and flow, resulting in rapid operational response, stable control, and significantly improved operational accuracy and efficiency.
