Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Collaborates with Shaanxi Agricultural Development Group to Cross-Boundary Create a New Green Integration Ecosystem of "Agriculture + Hydrogen Energy"

On December 12, Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy") and Shaanxi Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Agricultural Development Group") held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Leveraging their respective industrial advantages, the two parties will promote the deep integration of hydrogen energy technology with the agricultural sector, create replicable and scalable "agriculture + new energy" demonstration projects, and support the green and low-carbon transformation of Shaanxi's agriculture as well as rural revitalization.

Wu Congcong, Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and General Manager of Shaanxi Agricultural Development Group, and Huang Ye, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing. Liu Wei, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy, and Li Xiaofeng, Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Agricultural Development Group, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective parties.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Huang Ye and his delegation visited the "Entering Agricultural Development" exhibition hall of Shaanxi Agricultural Development Group, where they gained a detailed understanding of the Group's development history, entire industry chain layout, and scientific and technological innovation achievements. As a large provincial-level agricultural group, Shaanxi Agricultural Development Group is tasked with revitalizing the "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers" and promoting agricultural and rural modernization. Its business covers land remediation, high-standard farmland construction, planting and breeding, grain reserve, agricultural product processing and trade, and rural revitalization, among other fields, forming an entire industry chain from farmland to dining table and an integrated development pattern combining primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. Wu Congcong stated that the cooperation with Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy is a key initiative for the Group to promote agricultural green transformation and build a modern integrated system of energy and agriculture. He expressed hope that through complementary advantages, new pathways for the synergistic development of agriculture and clean energy would be explored.

As a provincial-level hydrogen energy industry platform, Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy has established an entire industry chain layout encompassing hydrogen technology, hydrogen production, hydrogen equipment, hydrogen application, hydrogen finance, and hydrogen services, achieving initial results in areas such as scientific R&D, equipment manufacturing, and implementation of transportation scenarios. Huang Ye explained that this cooperation will fully leverage Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy's entire industry chain advantages to provide Shaanxi Agricultural Development Group with clean energy technology and production construction services. The focus will be on piloting integrated development scenarios of "high-yield and high-efficiency agriculture + clean energy industry + modern service industry," promoting the innovative application of new energy and hydrogen energy technologies in agricultural production and rural construction.

This cross-industry cooperation breaks the boundaries between the agriculture and hydrogen energy sectors. Through technological empowerment and scenario integration, it will provide practical examples for reducing carbon emissions in agricultural production and upgrading rural energy. In the future, the two parties will focus on core needs such as green agricultural production and rural clean energy supply, jointly exploring the application of hydrogen energy in scenarios such as farmland irrigation, agricultural product processing, and agricultural machinery power, thereby contributing to Shaanxi's efforts to build a new industrial ecosystem where agricultural modernization and green energy develop synergistically.
