Recently, China Energy Engineering Group Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd. (CEEG Hydrogen Energy) successfully won the bid for the "Qingyang '16th Five-Year' Hydrogen-Based Energy Industry Development Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") procurement project, marking a breakthrough in the company's hydrogen energy consulting services. Leveraging its technical advantages across the entire industry chain, the company will tailor a scientific development path for Qingyang's hydrogen-based energy industry, supporting the transformation and upgrading of the Longdong Comprehensive Energy Base.

As China's second-largest city in terms of energy resources, Qingyang boasts exceptional endowments of oil, coal gas, wind, and solar power resources, with a new energy development potential reaching tens of millions of kilowatts. Major projects such as the Longdong-to-Shandong power transmission project, coupled with renewable energy storage, have already been completed, laying a solid foundation for the development of the hydrogen energy industry. After winning the bid, CEEG Hydrogen Energy conducted on-site surveys of Qingyang's industrial status and resource conditions, accurately identified development challenges, and adopted the overarching theme of "Initiating a New Hydrogen Journey, Winning the Future with Strategic Planning" to construct a forward-looking and actionable planning system.

The core highlights of the Plan focus on three key dimensions: first, establishing a low-carbon, green hydrogen supply system by leveraging Qingyang's wind and solar resources and traditional energy advantages to promote the complementary integration of hydrogen-based energy and fossil fuels; second, deploying a spatial layout of "two bases, three clusters, and eight demonstration zones," supported by six major projects to strengthen the industrial foundation; and third, innovating demonstration platforms, using initiatives such as the "Hydrogen Corridor" and "Zero-Carbon Industrial Park" to explore cross-regional coordination models for hydrogen-based energy. Through rigorous data analysis and precise calculations, the Plan will outline a clear blueprint for Qingyang's hydrogen-based energy industry development during the "16th Five-Year" period, with the potential to form a replicable and scalable "Qingyang Solution."

This successful bid represents a concrete implementation of CEEG Hydrogen Energy's strategic deployment to "accelerate the construction of a new-type energy system." As a full-industry-chain service provider in the hydrogen energy sector, China Energy Engineering Corporation (CEEG) has already established several benchmark projects, such as the Lanzhou New Area Green Hydrogen Demonstration and the Songyuan Green Hydrogen-Ammonia-Methanol Integration project, accumulating extensive industrial practical experience. In the future, CEEG will leverage its professional consulting expertise to empower Qingyang's industrial layout, systematically addressing development challenges. This will not only help Qingyang reduce its reliance on traditional industries and achieve economic transformation but also further enhance CEEG's brand influence in the hydrogen energy consulting field, injecting new momentum into China's energy transformation and upgrading.
