Jidian Co., Ltd. Anchors World-Class Goal for the "16th Five-Year Plan" Period, Deepening Green Hydrogen-Based Energy Industry by 2026

On December 9, Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. (Jilin Electric Power) held its 2026 Work Planning Conference at its headquarters. The conference thoroughly implemented the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, centered on SPIC's "Balanced Growth Strategy," summarized the achievements of 2025, and deployed the work for 2026. It clearly defined the goal of building a world-class enterprise within SPIC by the end of the "16th Five-Year Plan" period, with the green hydrogen-based energy industry as the core.

The meeting was chaired by Yang Yufeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company. Company leaders conveyed the spirit of the SPIC Group's 2026 Work Planning Conference. The meeting pointed out that in 2025, Jilin Electric Power coordinated "strengthening the foundation and consolidating the base" with "innovation and development," achieving significant results in various tasks. Currently, it has accumulated sufficient development momentum and is fully advancing industrial upgrading by leveraging SPIC's strategic positioning as a global green hydrogen-based energy platform.

For 2026 and medium and long-term development, the meeting identified six core areas of focus:

1. Strengthening the Development Foundation: Coordinating high-quality safety, reliable energy supply, and optimization of the asset structure to consolidate the achievements of the "14th Five-Year Plan" period;
2. Enhancing Brand Leadership: Deeply integrating the "Hydrogen Hyglobal" brand into the overall strategy to establish a benchmark in the green hydrogen-based energy sector;
3. Deepening Industrial Innovation: Consolidating advantages in innovation and practice across the entire green hydrogen-based energy chain, developing "hydrogen energy +" projects tailored to local conditions, and leading industrial upgrading;
4. Strengthening Political Guarantee: Fostering a "red" foundation to drive high-quality enterprise development through Party building;
5. Solidifying Talent Support: Accelerating the enrichment of professional talent teams in green hydrogen-based energy and traditional industries, and cultivating a learning organization;
6. Improving the Governance System: Enhancing modern enterprise governance and strengthening the capacity to prevent and mitigate international operational risks.

The meeting emphasized that all employees must continuously refine the enterprise spirit of "red, creative, pioneering, and hardworking," deepen the work style of "meticulous, strict, and practical," and promote the construction of a world-class enterprise with "outstanding products, renowned brands, leading innovation, and modern governance" through practical actions, laying a solid foundation for a good start to the "16th Five-Year Plan" period.
