Sinoma Science & Technology and CSSC 718th Research Institute Meeting: Significant Achievements in Hydrogen Energy Cooperation and Expansion into the Special Gas Sector

Recently, Gong Zhigang, Deputy Director of the 718th Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC) and Chairman of Peric Technologies Co., Ltd., held talks with a delegation led by Zhang Yuanzheng, Chairman of Sinoma Science & Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., at the Handan headquarters. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions and reached consensus on jointly serving major national strategies and continuously deepening business cooperation in related fields. Zhang Yuguang, Chairman of Beijing Peric Huaqing Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Wang Zhanwei, Deputy General Manager of CSSC (Handan) Peric Special Gases Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.

Prior to the talks, accompanied by relevant personnel from the 718th Research Institute, the Sinoma Science & Technology delegation visited the Peric Special Gases production site and the Peric Hydrogen Energy production workshop. They gained a deep understanding of the production management and technical processes of the 718th Research Institute in the fields of special gases and hydrogen energy equipment, and spoke highly of the high-standard operations and quality management level of its subsidiaries.

During the talks, both parties reviewed their business cooperation history in areas such as vehicle (ship)-mounted hydrogen systems, hydrogen storage and transportation, and cylinder bundles for hydrogen refueling stations. They agreed that substantial progress had been made in hydrogen energy collaborative innovation and market promotion, and that the cooperation had been highly effective. Meanwhile, both sides reached a new consensus to extend their cooperation into the special gases field, jointly exploring technological innovation in special gas storage and transportation containers and synergy within the industry chain.

Both parties agreed to further strengthen in-depth cooperation in strategic emerging fields such as hydrogen energy and special gases in the future, enhancing technological collaboration and resource sharing to jointly address industry challenges. They will actively fulfill the mission of central state-owned enterprises, working together to promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry, and providing solid support for the national energy strategy and the autonomous controllability of high-end equipment.
