On November 21, the 2025 Q4 Business Environment Breakthrough Year Review Meeting and Economic Operation Analysis and Stable Growth Policy Implementation Conference of Yulin City was held at the municipal government. At the meeting, a list of enterprises that met the policies for the development of the hydrogen energy industry in Yulin City was announced. Among them, Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Super Combustion Power Technology Co., Ltd. received a reward of 2.3148 million yuan for the development of the hydrogen energy industry.

Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Super Combustion Power Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing enterprise jointly established by Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Co., Ltd. and Xuzhou Huqing Jingkun Energy Co., Ltd., registered on July 19, 2024. The company invested in the construction of the first domestic automated assembly line for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) stacks. In line with the support policy for the development of the hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing industry by the Yulin Municipal Government, it submitted an application for a subsidy of 2.3148 million yuan in April 2025. After multiple rounds of review by the Economic Development Bureau of the High-Tech Zone, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of Yulin City, and the Yulin Municipal Government, the full amount was granted.
