China Energy Engineering Group Holds Talks with Songyuan Municipal Committee of Jilin to Deepen Cooperation in New Energy and Other Fields

On November 21, Ni Zhen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CEEC), held talks with Chen Qiang, Secretary of the CPC Songyuan Municipal Committee, at the CEEC headquarters. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on further deepening strategic alignment, enhancing cooperation in new energy, green hydrogen-ammonia-methanol, ESS, water conservancy, and other fields, and promoting the construction of key projects, reaching broad consensus.

Ni Zhen extended a welcome to Chen Qiang and his delegation and expressed gratitude for the long-standing care and support from the Songyuan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. He stated that CEEC is focusing on accelerating the development of new quality productive forces, making every effort to tackle key core technologies, continuously promoting the transformation of scientific and technological innovation into engineering, commercial, and industrial applications, actively fostering and expanding strategic emerging industries, and proactively planning and constructing future industries, demonstrating a positive trend of high-quality development. Songyuan possesses significant advantages in new energy resources, and its demand for green transformation and development aligns well with CEEC's strengths in the energy, power, and water conservancy sectors. CEEC is willing to deepen strategic coordination with Songyuan, jointly advance systematic cooperation in new energy, green hydrogen-ammonia-methanol, water conservancy, and other fields, create benchmark projects with significant industry chain driving effects, accelerate the formation of scale effects, and contribute CEEC's strength to the high-quality economic and social development of Songyuan.

Chen Qiang expressed appreciation for CEEC's support to Songyuan's economic and social development. He pointed out that in recent years, Songyuan has actively seized opportunities such as Jilin Province's "One Core, Six Dual" high-quality development strategy and the construction of a national clean energy base, deeply tapped into its resource advantages, focused on wind and solar power generation, new energy equipment manufacturing, and hydrogen energy as key development areas, continuously extended the industry chain, and accelerated the construction of a 100-billion-yuan new energy industry cluster. As a national leader and pioneer in China's energy, power, water conservancy, and other infrastructure fields, CEEC and Songyuan have already established a solid foundation for cooperation in areas like the green hydrogen-ammonia-methanol industry.
