Tender Content and Qualification Requirements: Single Section for Specialized Subcontract, Dual Threshold for Performance and Qualifications

The tender content is for the specialized subcontract for green electricity hydrogen production. The project is divided into 1 section, intending to select 1 bid winner, with specifics subject to the control price. Bidders must meet several qualification requirements: they must be independent legal entities holding valid business licenses; possess Grade 3 or above qualification for specialized contracting of mechanical and electrical installation engineering and a valid enterprise work safety license; have at least one performance record in the past 3 years (from January 1, 2022, to present) involving a similar construction project, such as for green electricity hydrogen production or petrochemical installations, with a single contract value not less than 5.9 million yuan (supporting documents including contract signing date, amount, and corresponding invoices or transfer vouchers are required as proof); must have applied, registered, and obtained final approval on Anhui Construction Engineering Group's electronic procurement platform, and have no record of misconduct within Anhui Construction Engineering Group. The tender document fee is 200 yuan per copy, non-refundable after sale. The bid bond is 160,000 yuan and must be transferred in full in a single transaction from the bidder's basic account. Bids for which receipt is not verified on the bidding and procurement platform by the deadline will be invalid. The deadline for submission of bid documents and the bid opening time are both 14:40 on December 1, 2025.
