Recently, Hydrogen Mobility Technology successfully passed the assessment for the standardized construction of work safety in hydrogen energy transportation enterprises. By establishing a comprehensive and refined safety management system, the company has provided an important model for standardized safety management across the entire industry.
I. Establishing a Sound Responsibility System and Achieving Closed-Loop Management
Hydrogen Mobility Technology, based on laws and regulations such as the Work Safety Law, established a responsibility system of "joint responsibility by the Party and government, and dual responsibilities for each position," incorporating safety indicators into the performance assessments of all employees. The company formed a Work Safety Committee led by the chairman, creating a closed-loop management mechanism of "objectives-supervision-assessment" through the signing of responsibility agreements at various levels and monthly risk assessment meetings. Furthermore, the company revised and improved over 30 core systems and 12 sets of job safety operation procedures, ensuring that safety responsibilities are assigned to individuals through promotion at the three levels of "company-department-fleet."
II. Strengthening Preemptive Risk Control and Empowering Safety with Technology
Addressing the characteristics of hydrogen energy transportation, which involve "multiple points and long routes," Hydrogen Mobility Technology established a comprehensive risk control system covering "personnel, vehicles, routes, and environment." In personnel management, the company strictly implemented full-process control from entry to exit, ensuring a 100% rate of drivers holding valid certifications. The company also allocated special funds to upgrade its intelligent control system, equipping all operational vehicles with BeiDou/GPS dual-mode positioning and driver status monitoring devices, and establishing a 24-hour dynamic monitoring platform. This platform can reduce the response time to dangerous behaviors to within 3 seconds, effectively curbing the risk of human-caused accidents.
III. Strengthening Emergency Defenses and Enhancing Practical Response Capabilities
In terms of emergency management, Hydrogen Mobility Technology revised and improved 13 specialized emergency plans, clarifying the full-process response period from receiving an alarm to rescue operations, ensuring that disposal procedures are initiated within 5 minutes after an incident occurs. During a practical drill in 2025, it took only 8 minutes from the alarm to completing personnel evacuation and fire control, fully demonstrating the feasibility of its emergency plans and the team's rapid response capability.
Passing this standardization assessment marks a new starting point. In the future, Hydrogen Mobility Technology will continue to deepen the construction of its safety management system and advance toward the goal of Level 1 standardization, providing replicable practical examples for the industry.
