Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Holds Talks with Shenmu Municipal Government to Promote High-Quality Development of the Hydrogen Energy Industry

On November 14, Huang Ye, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy, led a delegation to visit the Shenmu Municipal Government and held a work meeting with Duan Zhibo, Deputy Secretary of the Shenmu Municipal Party Committee and Mayor. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on key issues such as operational support for implemented hydrogen energy projects, new project planning, formulation of cooperation plans, and the joint establishment of a regional company, aiming to jointly promote the high-quality development of Shenmu's hydrogen energy industry.

Meng Xiangping, Member of the Standing Committee of the Shenmu Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor; Liu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy; and Meng Xunbiao, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant, among others, attended the meeting.

Mayor Duan Zhibo welcomed the visit of Huang Ye and his delegation and fully affirmed the existing cooperation foundation between the two sides. He pointed out that the hydrogen energy industry is a core direction for Shenmu to cultivate new growth points for the future and promote energy structure transformation and the development of new quality productive forces. He emphasized that the Shenmu Municipal Government will resolutely implement the strategic deployment of the province and city regarding the development of the hydrogen energy industry and will fully support the construction of related industries and key infrastructure, incorporating them into Shenmu's 15th Five-Year Plan under planning. Duan Zhibo stated that the joint establishment of a regional company will serve as an important measure to systematically integrate local hydrogen-related businesses, equipment manufacturing, and the entire industry chain operation in Shenmu. He looks forward to deepening collaboration with Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy and providing solid guarantees for the implementation of the industry through practical measures.

Chairman Huang Ye expressed gratitude for the strong support from the Shenmu Municipal Government and highly praised the work effectiveness of the Shaanxi Hydrogen Task Force of the Shenmu Municipal Party Committee. He detailed Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy's work direction in implementing the provincial hydrogen energy industry plan and its specific development plans in Shenmu. Huang Ye stated that Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy will closely align with Shenmu's industrial development positioning, fully integrate internal and external advantageous resources, and focus on industrial synergy to jointly build a hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing base with the local government. The company plans to fully incorporate high-quality innovation resources, such as the MIIT's "Unveiling the List and Appointing the Leader" project, into the integrated industrial layout of the Shenmu region, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the local hydrogen energy industry.

This meeting marks a new stage of government-enterprise cooperation. Shenmu and Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy are joining hands to lay a solid foundation for the large-scale and high-quality development of the regional hydrogen energy industry.
