Hydrogen Puchuang Neng Establishes Leading Position in Large Power Technology with Two Fuel Cell Stacks

Recently, Hydrogen Pro Innovations launched significant products in a "dual-city relay" format, unveiling megawatt and 500 kW fuel cell stacks to firmly establish its leading position in the large power fuel cell technology sector, injecting new momentum into the hydrogen energy industry's advancement.

Beijing Stage: Launching Megawatt-Class Stack to Initiate the Single-Stack Megawatt Era.On October 29, the 5th H₂-Eco International Hydrogen Ecosystem Annual Conference was held at the Beijing Daxing International Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Zone. Hydrogen Pro Innovations globally debuted a carbon composite plate stack with a rated power of 600kW and a maximum design power of 1MW, marking China's fuel cell technology officially entering the "single-stack megawatt" new era. According to Zhu Jun'e, R&D Vice President of Hydrogen Pro Innovations, this stack, based on the national 14th Five-Year Plan's major R&D special project layout, consists of 1,000 single cells, achieving top-tier volumetric power density in the industry. It addresses the urgent need for large power single stacks in applications such as thousand-ton class vessels, rail transit, and hundred-megawatt level stationary power generation, overcoming previous challenges associated with multi-stack parallel systems, including complexity, difficult control, high costs, and large size, by making significant breakthroughs in fluid distribution, structural packaging, and extreme craftsmanship. At the conference, Hydrogen Pro Innovations also signed strategic cooperation agreements with JuZhiHeZhong and Tianhai Hydrogen: establishing a hydrogen energy research institute and standards committee with JuZhiHeZhong to tackle land, air, and sea terminal hydrogen application technologies and scenario closures; and focusing on hydrogen vehicle promotion with Tianhai Hydrogen, jointly building a "technology-product-application" industrial closure to accelerate the commercialization process of fuel cell vehicles.

Daye Relay: 500 kW Class Stack Aids Regional Scene Low-Carbon Transition.On October 30, at the 2025 Daye High-Quality Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Forum, Hydrogen Pro Innovations once again released an upgraded sixth-generation 500kW high-power hydrogen fuel cell stack. Xu Yiqing, head of the production center at Hydrogen Pro Innovations, stated that Daye's forward-looking layout in the "production-storage-refueling-utilization" integration provided an ideal scenario for the technology's implementation. This stack precisely meets the diverse high-power consumption demands of heavy trucks, large machinery, and industrial heating in Daye and the Central China mining areas, injecting strong momentum into local green transformation.

In terms of scenario empowerment, Hydrogen Pro Innovations, leveraging its deep technological accumulation, achieved broad product coverage: the megawatt-class stack, with ultra-high single-stack power, high power density, and long lifespan, is suitable for inland and near-sea vessel propulsion, rail transit traction, ultra-large mine trucks, and large fixed power stations; the 500 kW class stack covers the 250kW to 500kW power range, combining high power and reliability, applicable to heavy logistics, port equipment, municipal special-purpose vehicles, and distributed energy scenarios. The dual-city launch showcased Hydrogen Pro Innovations' absolute leading position in the large power fuel cell field. In the future, it will continue to collaborate with global partners, building a collaborative and innovative hydrogen energy ecosystem community, contributing Chinese wisdom and strength to the global green energy transition.
