Tracking Green Hydrogen Projects—Hydrogen Loop Energy and Dahe Siji Cold Chain Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Explore New Applications of Hydrogen Energy in Cold Chain Logistics

On October 29, 2025, Xie Zhongdong, founder, chairman, and CEO of Beijing Hydrogen Ring Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hydrogen Ring Energy"), led a delegation to visit Zhengzhou Dahe Four Seasons Cold Chain Company for an exchange. A strategic cooperation agreement was officially signed with Henan Dahe Four Seasons Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dahe Four Seasons Cold Chain"). Chen Yaowen, general manager of Dahe Four Seasons Cold Chain, attended the signing ceremony and participated in the discussion. Both parties will focus on in-depth cooperation in areas such as the construction of integrated hydrogen production and refueling stations, green hydrogen supply assurance, and the demonstration operation of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, jointly promoting the large-scale and commercial application of hydrogen energy in the cold chain logistics sector.

This collaboration is a significant initiative under the guidance of the dual carbon goals, focusing on the coordinated development of the entire hydrogen energy industry chain. As a distributed green hydrogen supplier with core technologies and equipment, Hydrogen Ring Energy is committed to providing stable and reliable green hydrogen solutions. Dahe Four Seasons Cold Chain, as the first high-tech enterprise in China to commercially operate a hydrogen-powered cold chain, has deployed 162 hydrogen-powered refrigerated trucks in Henan, Sichuan, and Hainan, accumulating over 10 million kilometers of travel and reducing carbon emissions by approximately 3,000 mt. The company plans to add 500 more hydrogen-powered refrigerated trucks and 300 hydrogen-powered heavy trucks, accelerating the layout of a zero-carbon logistics transportation network.

The specific cooperation will be carried out in three aspects: First, to jointly build a demonstration project for an integrated biogas-to-hydrogen and refueling station, integrating Dahe Four Seasons' land resources and hydrogen demand for vehicles with Hydrogen Ring Energy's technology and construction and operational capabilities; second, to establish a long-term strategic partnership in the hydrogen energy industry chain, jointly advancing the construction of integrated hydrogen production and refueling stations and exploring sustainable cooperation models; third, to prioritize the green hydrogen supply for Dahe Four Seasons' hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, supporting the demonstration application and industrial development of hydrogen transportation in Henan Province.

Xie Zhongdong, chairman of Hydrogen Ring Energy, stated that the company will continue to promote industry chain synergy, connecting the "gas, station, vehicle, road" industry cycle of hydrogen transportation, and building a hydrogen energy ecosystem. This cooperation marks a significant advancement in the company's expansion into hydrogen transportation and cold chain scenarios. In the future, the company will continue to focus on in-station hydrogen production and zero-carbon park businesses, working with more partners to support the national energy structure transformation and green, low-carbon development.
