






Recently, Pangang Hongjian Company successfully supplied 300 kg of "hand-torn titanium" titanium material to Guohydrogen Technology Ningbo Green Dynamic Fuel Cell Co., Ltd., specifically for the production of hydrogen fuel cell bipolar plates. This delivery not only marks the company's initial formation of batch supply capability in high-end areas such as hydrogen energy titanium applications but also represents another major breakthrough for our city in the field of hydrogen energy.
Bipolar plates are key core parts of fuel cells. Titanium bipolar plates feature strong corrosion resistance, excellent conductivity, light weight, high strength, and high-temperature resistance, making them an important technical direction for promoting the lightweight and miniaturization of fuel cells. It is reported that to overcome the manufacturing technology of titanium bipolar plates, the company underwent 10 months of continuous efforts, relying on its own B750-20 roll mill system to develop titanium strip rolling processes, successfully overcoming key production steps and producing ultra-thin titanium strips for fuel cells, with product technical standards reaching the advanced level of domestic peers.
This supply reflects the enterprise's accumulated innovation in new material R&D and manufacturing processes and injects new momentum into strengthening and complementing the hydrogen energy industry chain in our city. At the same time, it will promote the integrated development of our city's titanium industry and hydrogen energy industry, supporting the "building and strengthening of key industrial clusters."
