The Zhangjiakou-Chengde-Tangshan Hydrogen Energy Regional Pilot in Hebei Successfully Applied, Haitian New Energy Project Included in the Pilot System.

The Hebei Zhang-Cheng-Tang Hydrogen Energy Regional Pilot was selected for the National Energy Administration's Hydrogen Energy Pilot List (October 16). The Kangbao–Caofeidian Hydrogen Long-Distance Pipeline Project, constructed by Haitian New Energy, is a key component of this pilot. This pilot and project are of great significance to the hydrogen energy industry and the national energy transition.

Core Information of the Pilot

1. Pilot Entity and Composition: Jointly applied for by the Zhangjiakou Municipal Energy Bureau, the Chengde Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and the Tangshan Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Kangbao–Caofeidian Hydrogen Long-Distance Pipeline Project, constructed by Haitian New Energy, is a key component.
2. Core Layout Direction: Focusing on the five key links of "production–storage–transportation–application–research," it promotes the coordinated development of the industry chain, including electrolyzers and hydrogen storage tanks.
3. Standardization Achievements: The pilot units led or participated in the formulation of over 20 national, industry, and local standards, covering areas such as hydrogen production by electrolysis and hydrogen transmission pipelines.

Key Projects and Value

1. Project Positioning: The Kangbao–Caofeidian Hydrogen Long-Distance Pipeline Project is a key transmission and distribution facility for the regional pilot.
2. Environmental Benefits: After the project is completed and operational, it is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by over 6 million mt annually, demonstrating significant energy-saving and emission-reduction effects.

Subsequent Corporate Plans

Haitian New Energy will use this pilot as an opportunity to explore diversified development paths for the hydrogen energy industry, support the development of the entire hydrogen energy chain from "production, storage, transportation to application," and contribute to the optimization of the national energy structure and the low-carbon transition.
