Tracking Green Hydrogen Projects: Daye Lingkong Hydrogen Energy Industrial Base Project Opens Bidding

On October 24, the National Public Resources Trading Platform released the "Bid Opening Record for the Daye Lin Kong Hydrogen Energy Industry Base Project." Four bidding units participated in the project, namely China Construction Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd., Nantong No.4 Construction Group Co., Ltd., Nantong Xinhua Construction Group Co., Ltd., and Hongsheng Jianye Investment Group Co., Ltd., with bid prices of 342,275,932 yuan, 342,338,000.8 yuan, 342,893,291 yuan, and 342,393,874.5 yuan, respectively.

Looking back at the project timeline, its tender announcement was released on September 30, with the construction site selected in Huidiqiao Town, Daye City, Hubei Province, covering an area of 115 mu. The project's core positioning is a "green hydrogen industry base integrating production, storage, refueling, and application," and it will simultaneously construct related supporting facilities to form a complete closed loop from green hydrogen production, storage, and refueling to application. In terms of scale, the contract's estimated price of 3.5 billion yuan is at the upper-middle level among regional hydrogen energy projects. Once completed, it is expected to become an important hydrogen energy infrastructure hub in southeastern Hubei, providing stable hydrogen source support for local and surrounding hydrogen energy application scenarios.

In recent years, Daye has been accelerating the layout of the entire hydrogen energy industry chain covering production, storage, refueling, and application, striving to transform itself from the "Capital of Mining and Metallurgy" to the "Capital of Clean Energy." This hydrogen energy industry base project is a significant measure in its transformation process.
