Additionally, for operational scenarios involving nightly shutdowns and daytime startups, the system response mechanism was optimized to enable rapid hot starts, ensuring continuous project operation.

Modular Skid-Mounted Innovative Design: Incorporating the concept of “efficient transportation and assembly” from the design phase, the equipment adopted a modular skid-mounted structure, with skids connected by bolts, pipelines joined by flanges, and integrated electrolyzer support. This solution significantly improved delivery efficiency—the project completed disassembly protection and loading for shipment in just two days, fully demonstrating customer-centric design and execution capabilities.

Batch Application of BOP Pipeline Prefabrication Process: During the production phase, the BOP pipeline prefabrication process was advanced. This achieved unified dispatch and optimization of green electricity production, storage, transportation, and refueling processes, setting a benchmark for green electricity-to-hydrogen projects.

Full-Scale Testing and Validation on the 24MW Large-Scale Unit Test Platform: Leveraging the industry's first operational 24MW large-scale unit test platform, each electrolyzer undergoes rigorous full-process performance testing before leaving the factory. Shipment is permitted only after all indicators meet the owner's standards, ensuring maximum operational stability on site.
