On October 16, 2025, the China CRRC Modern Industry Chain Integration Development Co-Chain Initiative Conference was held in Changchun, Jilin. Themed "New Quality Leadership, Central-Local Collaboration, Chain-Driven Hydrogen Energy, and Co-Chain Co-Construction," the conference focused on cross-chain collaboration in three major industry chains: rail transit equipment, clean energy equipment, and hydrogen energy. It aimed to establish an open, shared, and mutually beneficial platform to support the construction of a modern industrial system and the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China.
During the signing ceremony, Tianhai Hydrogen Energy, a subsidiary of Tianhai Industry under Beijing Jingcheng Machinery, formally signed the "China CRRC Modern Industry Chain Co-Chain Initiative Framework Agreement on Industry-Finance Integration" with CRRC Capital Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China CRRC Group. This marks a new phase of cooperation between the two parties in the hydrogen energy industry chain. This collaboration is not only a concrete measure to implement the requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the MIIT for promoting the integrated development of industry chains, but also a key step for China CRRC in building a "dual-track, dual-cluster" industrial landscape and strengthening synergy in the hydrogen energy industry chain.
Both parties possess significant advantages in their respective fields:
CRRC Capital, as China CRRC's capital operation and financial services platform, is guided by the group's strategy and is committed to strengthening, consolidating, and complementing the CRRC industry chain, supporting the group's high-quality development in the "dual tracks" of rail transit equipment and clean energy equipment;
Tianhai Hydrogen Energy, a key enterprise in Beijing Jingcheng Machinery's hydrogen energy industry layout, focuses on the R&D and promotion of hydrogen storage and transportation equipment and system solutions. As a benchmark enterprise in this field in China, it is continuously accelerating product iteration and global market expansion to promote the large-scale application of hydrogen energy.
This signing has a solid foundation—in September 2025, a fund primarily initiated by CRRC Capital had already invested in Tianhai Hydrogen Energy's Series A financing. In the future, the two parties will further strengthen collaboration, leverage their respective advantages to achieve mutual benefits, jointly build an innovative ecosystem for the hydrogen energy industry, and contribute more significantly to the high-quality development of China's hydrogen energy industry and the construction of a modern industrial system.
