【SMM Aluminium Flash News】Jinzhai County signed a high-end intelligent manufacturing aluminum alloy die-casting production project

On the afternoon of October 13th, the Jinzhai County Key Project Construction Management Office held a signing ceremony for a high-end intelligent manufacturing aluminum alloy die-casting production project. Yu Feng and Liu Fengcheng, Deputy Director of the Development Zone Management Committee, signed the contract on behalf of both parties. The project plans to lease approximately 10,000 square meters of buildings 8-2 and 11-1 at the Chunxing Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. Using molten aluminum from Dingtian Aluminum within Chunxing Intelligent Manufacturing as raw material, the project will extend its fine processing industry chain. The project will install 20 large Japanese-imported Mazak CNC machines, three cleaning lines, and six coding and inspection lines. The project's main products are automotive wheels, shingles, handles, and other new energy vehicle parts, motorcycle parts, and computer casings. Three 2,000-3,000-ton die-casting machines and supporting equipment will be installed to produce wheel hubs, shingles, engine casings, handle blanks, and other parts. The products are primarily supplied to Chery, BYD, Gree, Lenovo, and local companies such as Yadi and Hongri. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into production within 6 months. After reaching full production, it is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of 200 million yuan and annual tax payment of approximately 6 million yuan.
