Tracking Green Hydrogen Projects: Phase I Main Structure of Yulin Zero-Carbon Industrial Park Hydrogen Energy (Hydrogen Production) Demonstration Project Successfully Topped Out

On October 1, the Phase I project of the Yulin Zero-Carbon Industrial Park Hydrogen Energy (Hydrogen Production) Demonstration Project successfully topped out nine main buildings, marking a solid step forward in the green development of hydrogen energy in Shaanxi.

Key Project Indicators

• Capacity and Emission Reduction: The Phase I project is expected to produce qualified hydrogen by the end of December 2025. After commissioning, it will produce 3,000 mt of green hydrogen annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 60,000 mt.

Construction Highlights

• Management Model: To efficiently advance the project, Shaanxi Hydrogen Luyuan Company established a dedicated (temporary) project construction command headquarters, adopting a closed-loop management model featuring "reverse scheduling of key periods, scientific planning, and coordinated construction organization."
• Construction Efficiency: Following the full commencement of on-site work on August 1, and while ensuring project quality, it took only two months to achieve the topping out of nine main buildings, shortening the construction period by nearly 20 days compared to conventional schedules.
