Tracking Green Hydrogen Projects—Xi Jinping Announces: Non-Fossil Energy Consumption to Exceed 30% by 2035, Wind and Solar Power Capacity Aims for 3.6 Billion kW

On September 24, 2025, President Xi Jinping delivered a video speech at the United Nations Climate Change Summit, announcing China's new round of Nationally Determined Contributions. The newly announced Nationally Determined Contributions are targets formulated by China in accordance with the requirements of the Paris Agreement, reflecting its utmost efforts.
