Auric Mining Limited has finalized a major acquisition from WIN Metals, obtaining full nickel rights, water access, and a fully equipped mining camp at its Munda Gold Mine. The $1.4 million transaction strengthens the company’s control over the site and boosts operational efficiency, while lithium rights remain with WIN. This acquisition is anticipated to simplify open-pit mining activities and deliver greater value to shareholders through enhanced resource management and logistics.
