Green Hydrogen Project Tracking - Phase II Construction Tender Announcement Officially Released for Daye City Hydrogen Mine Hydrogen Production Plant

On September 4, the construction tender announcement was released for the Daye Mining Area Integrated Green Electricity-Green Hydrogen Production, Storage, Refueling and Utilization Hydrogen Energy Mine Comprehensive Construction Project (Phase II of the Hydrogen Production Plant).

According to the tender announcement, the project is located in Daye City, Hubei Province, covering an area of approximately 79,120 m². It involves the construction of a new hydrogen production plant, new factory buildings and supporting facilities, as well as the procurement of ESS equipment, electrolyzers (excluding equipment prohibited or phased out by the state), etc.

Scope of Tender: Construction of three new green electricity-based hydrogen production plants, with a supporting PV power station totaling 300 MW, construction of a hydrogen refueling integrated station, establishment of a municipal-level hydrogen energy industry intelligent operation and management platform and urban hydrogen energy digital governance system, and deployment of power transportation equipment and related supporting facilities.

Planned Duration: 300 calendar days, with an expected commencement date of October 11, 2025.

Estimated Contract Value: 350 million yuan.

This tender accepts consortium bids, and the bid evaluation method adopts the "Evaluation and Separation" approach.
