Premier Li Qiang of the State Council chaired an executive meeting of the State Council on August 29 to study the pilot work of comprehensive reform for market-based allocation of production factors in some regions across the country. The meeting emphasized the need to persistently advance reforms, leverage the decisive role of the market in resource allocation, and promote market-determined factor prices, orderly and autonomous flow, as well as efficient and equitable allocation.
