【SMM Nickel Market Flash】UK recruitment firm Acorn by Synergie has renewed its five-year contract with Vale, one of the world’s largest nickel producers, reinforcing a decade-long partnership that has filled 95 roles to date, with 24 now permanent. Vale, with over 120 years of operations in South Wales, aims to strengthen its talent strategy through this extension.

Acorn delivered a 95% fulfillment rate and 96% candidate satisfaction in 2024, underscoring the strong alignment between both parties. The renewed partnership will support Vale’s ongoing digital transformation, including future needs in AI and automation. Acorn’s “Impact” initiative also pledges 10,000 hours over three years to tackle employment barriers and enhance social mobility, highlighting its purpose-driven approach beyond recruitment.
