Trump announced a trade deal between the US and Europe: imposing a 15% tariff on the EU, $600 billion in investment in the US, zero tariffs on the US by EU countries, the EU purchasing US military equipment, and buying US energy products worth $750 billion. Von der Leyen: A 15% tariff rate is the best outcome the European Commission could achieve.
