Weifeng New Materials' project of co-firing natural gas with green hydrogen has officially been put into operation

On July 18, the project of blending green hydrogen into industrial natural gas, jointly promoted by Huadian Baotou Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd. and Baotou Weifeng New Material Co., Ltd., was officially put into operation. This project marks the third instance of blending green hydrogen into industrial natural gas by the hydrogen energy company, following collaborations with Inner Mongolia Jinebo Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Fengzhou Material Co., Ltd., further validating the feasibility and economic viability of blending green hydrogen into industrial natural gas.

The hydrogen energy company has consistently adhered to the requirements of the group company and Inner Mongolia Company, resolutely promoting the application and development of green hydrogen. This collaboration with Baotou Weifeng New Material Co., Ltd. has effectively enhanced the combustion efficiency of secondary industrial natural gas, significantly reducing emissions of pollutants such as carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide. It has further expanded the hydrogen energy company's market share in Baotou's green hydrogen sector, meeting the needs of chemical enterprises for carbon reduction and green production, and providing practical and feasible new ideas and solutions for achieving low-carbon transformation in the industrial sector.

The hydrogen energy company will continue to delve into innovation in green hydrogen application scenarios, promoting the construction of the "wind and solar power, hydrogen, storage, and utilization" industry chain.
