






On July 18th, Inner Mongolia Shanyao New Energy Co., Ltd. issued a tender announcement for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract of the Dengkou County Wind and Solar Power to Hydrogen Production Integrated Project (Section 1).
According to the tender announcement, the project site is located in Dengkou County, Inner Mongolia.
Project Overview: Wind power capacity of 300MW. PV capacity of 200MW. Electrochemical energy storage system configured with a capacity of 75MW/150MWh. Hydrogen production section: 44 sets of 1000Nm³/h hydrogen production electrolyzers and corresponding purification equipment, 8 sets of 2000m³ spherical tanks, with a hydrogen storage capacity of 160,000Nm³ and a hydrogen production capacity of 20,000 mt/year. One 220kV booster station to 220kV main step-down substation circuit, with a line length of 23km.
Planned construction period: 442 calendar days; planned commencement date: August 15th, 2025; planned completion date: October 30th, 2026.
Scope of tender:
(1) Design scope: All design work from the completion of the feasibility study to the full commissioning of the project, including but not limited to preliminary design, construction drawing design, as-built drawing preparation, and on-site services;
(2) Procurement scope: Procurement of all equipment and materials within this section;
(3) Construction scope: Equipment foundation and transportation, civil construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and professional testing, trials, and warranty services within the specified period for this section, including the "five connections and one leveling" (water, electricity, road, communication, drainage, and land leveling), temporary facilities, and environmental and water conservation measures required for the completion of this project, as well as coordination and acceptance work related to the project;
(4) Formality handling: Handling of construction-related formalities during the project construction period and bearing the relevant costs (including temporary land use and reclamation).
This project does not accept consortium bids.
