According to SMM, Russia's Norilsk Nickel (Nornickel), one of the world's largest nickel producers, announced on Monday that it had revised down its nickel production forecast for 2025 to 196,000-204,000 mt, from the previous forecast of 204,000-211,000 mt. The company also revised down its palladium production forecast to 2.677-2.729 million ounces, from the previous forecast of 2.704-2.756 million ounces.
