Rio Tinto's copper production in Q2 2025 was 229000 tons, an increase of 15% year-on-year and 9% month on month. Rio Tinto's copper production guidance for 2025 is 780000 to 850000 tons. Due to the sustained successful production increase of Oyu Tolgoi underground mine and the good performance of Escondida, it is expected that copper production will be at the upper limit of the guidance value.
