Envision, a global leader in green technology and energy transition, has officially commenced operations at its green hydrogen and ammonia production facility located in the Envision Chifeng Zero-Carbon Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park (the world's largest zero-carbon industrial park). This facility is the largest and most technologically advanced of its kind globally, powered entirely by the world's largest off-grid renewable energy system. It is also the first factory to fully integrate artificial intelligence technology, enabling large-scale real-time optimization and stable operation. Currently, the facility has an annual production capacity of 320,000 mt of green ammonia, and exports will commence in Q4, marking a significant breakthrough in the field of clean energy and industrial decarbonization. It is also the world's first project to achieve industrial-scale production of green ammonia.

The project pioneers the application of innovative energy storage technology and load flexibility management at a commercial scale. Excess green electricity is converted into liquid nitrogen for storage through dynamic air separation units, and electrolyzers can intelligently respond to fluctuations in renewable energy power to optimize energy absorption and ammonia production. The factory adopts Envision's self-developed integrated AI off-grid renewable energy system, equipped with advanced wind power equipment, battery energy storage devices, and predictive weather models, dynamically balancing energy input with production process requirements to ensure continuous production without relying on the power grid. Envision uses green ammonia as a medium for hydrogen energy transportation and storage, opening a path for the large-scale application of hydrogen energy in heavy industries. The industrial park is expected to produce 1.5 million mt of green ammonia annually by 2028, providing a replicable model for the construction of global clean industrial hubs.
