On July 10, 2025, under the joint witness of Mr. Xie Zhongdong, Chairman of Beijing Hydrogen Ring Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hydrogen Ring Energy"), and Mr. Liu Shaojun, President of Shanghai Shunhua New Energy System Co., Ltd., Hydrogen Ring Energy and Shunhua Hydrogen Energy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shunhua Hydrogen Energy") held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony in Beijing.
