[SMM Flash News] SMM reported on July 9 that the US Department of Commerce announced on July 7, 2025, the preliminary results of the administrative review of anti-dumping duties on stainless steel coils from Taiwan, China. The review period was from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, and it was determined that the rolled stainless steel plates and strips exported from Taiwan, China, to the US were sold at prices below normal value.
Among them, Shiner Steel International Co., Ltd. and Yuan Long Stainless Steel Corp., which were subject to individual reviews, both had weighted average dumping margins of 21.10%.
The US Department of Commerce also determined that Yusco did not export the products under review to the US during the review period. In addition, the other 22 companies listed in the review had no records of suspended customs clearance during the same period.
