1. Project Background:
This ship is the country's first inland hydrogen fuel cell-powered container ship, with a length of 64.9 meters. It is equipped with a 240KW hydrogen fuel cell and a hydrogen storage module, capable of storing approximately 600kg of hydrogen. It is planned to be used on the inland waterway transportation route from Zhapu Port to Xiasha Port, achieving zero emissions. The project is invested and constructed by Zhejiang Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Co., Ltd., aiming to promote the green transformation of inland waterway shipping and fill the gap in domestic hydrogen fuel cell container ship types.
2. Tender Requirements:
Eligibility Criteria: Bidders must possess a "Waterway Transportation License," comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law, and not be listed on the dishonest list.
Period: The deadline for registration is 17:00 on July 10, 2025. The deadline for submitting tender documents is 9:30 on July 24. The tender opening location is on the 4th floor of the Jiaxing Port Area Public Resources Trading Center.
