On July 2, the Framework (Supplementary) Tender Invitation Announcement for the PV+ESS Hydrogen, Ammonia, and Methanol Integrated Project in Fukai County, Altay, by Hongyang New Energy Development Group Jilin Co., Ltd. was released.

According to the tender announcement, the PV+ESS Hydrogen, Ammonia, and Methanol Integrated Project in Fukai County, Altay, by Hongyang New Energy Development Group Jilin Co., Ltd. is located in Fukai County, Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. The project includes the construction of a new 36,000 mt/year green hydrogen system, mainly comprising a 50,000 Nm³/h electrolytic water hydrogen production system and related auxiliary systems, 72 sets of 1000 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers, a total of 30 spherical storage tanks with a capacity of 2000 m³ each at 1.5 MPa, a 100,000 mt/year green synthetic ammonia production line, a 150,000 mt/year synthetic methanol production system, an intelligent dispatching center for the PV+ESS hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol integration, office buildings, and other supporting auxiliary facilities and equipment, as well as a power distribution system to ensure the normal operation of the park.

Number of tenders invited: Through a framework agreement, this project will determine the applicant with the highest comprehensive score, who will be eligible to participate in the Framework (Supplementary) Tender for the PV+ESS Hydrogen, Ammonia, and Methanol Integrated Project in Fukai County, Altay, by Hongyang New Energy Development Group Jilin Co., Ltd. The shortlisted entities may undertake zero or multiple implementation contracts, and the tender inviter does not guarantee the project amount or quantity that the shortlisted entities may receive. After the expiration of the framework tender period, the tender inviter has the right to continue using the tender results. The second stage involves determining the bid winner through a competitive selection process.
