Recently, the construction project for the hydrogen energy storage industrial base plant and supporting facilities has been approved for filing.

The project is located in the Bayan Obo mining area of Baotou City. The project unit is Baotou City Bayan Obo Mining Area Ronghui Investment Co., Ltd. It is planned to construct 60 standardized factory buildings with a total floor area of 218,000㎡, 1 research building with a total floor area of 9,500㎡, 1 office building with a total floor area of 7,800㎡, as well as supporting facilities such as heat exchange stations, switch stations, fences, roads, and pipe networks in the central park of the Bayan Obo mining area.

The total investment of the project is 740 million yuan. The planned construction period is from July 2025 to December 2029.
