Lvliang Economic and Technological Development Zone's Science and Technology Innovation Company Adds 20 More Hydrogen-Powered Heavy Trucks

Published: Jun 26, 2025 11:54

Recently, the Science and Technology Innovation Company of Lvliang Economic and Technological Development Zone has once again purchased 20 hydrogen-powered heavy trucks. This marks another significant milestone in the hydrogen energy transportation sector for the zone, following the successful operation of the initial 30 hydrogen-powered heavy trucks, and signifies a new step forward in the large-scale development of Lvliang's hydrogen energy industry.

The successful operation of the initial 30 hydrogen-powered heavy trucks has validated the reliability and practicality of technologies such as hydrogen fuel cell engines in real-world transportation scenarios. The addition of 20 more hydrogen-powered heavy trucks will further promote the application and optimization of these technologies on a broader scale, driving continuous progress and maturation of hydrogen energy technology.

Currently, Lvliang Economic and Technological Development Zone is focusing on building an entire industry chain for hydrogen energy, encompassing production, storage, transportation, refueling, and utilization. Efforts are being made to address bottlenecks and obstacles in each link, aiming to foster a larger industrial cluster for the hydrogen energy industry and establish a Lvliang path for new quality productive forces.
