Green Hydrogen Project Tracking - Winning Bid | Puton Hydrogen Production Pre-selected! Winning Bid Result for 1.32GW Coal-to-Hydrogen Equipment in Shaanxi Announced!

On June 23, the announcement of the winning bidder candidates for the hydrogen production equipment of the 2X660MW new construction project of the power plant in the Xiwangzhai Coal-Electricity Integration Project of Fugu Company, Shaanxi Company was released.

According to the announcement, the first winning bidder candidate is Puton (Beijing) Hydrogen Production Technology Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 5.3288 million yuan.

According to the tender announcement, the construction site of the 2X660MW new construction project of the power plant in the Xiwangzhai Coal-Electricity Integration Project of Fugu Company, Shaanxi Company is located within the Huangfuchuan Industrial Park in Fugu County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, with a construction scale of 1320MW.

Construction period: It is initially planned that the current project will commence construction on June 30, 2025. The first unit will be put into operation and generate electricity on September 30, 2027, and the second unit will be put into operation and generate electricity on December 31, 2027. The construction period (schedule) is 27+3 months.

This procurement is for one set of 10Nm³/h hydrogen production equipment.

Scope of tender: Complete imported proton exchange membrane process hydrogen production machines and hydrogen storage devices with all functions, equipped with internal and external components, valves, pipelines, and instruments, as well as auxiliary equipment. This includes all process, electrical, and control parts (including the control system, hydrogen production equipment, accessories, control cabinets, silicon rectifier cabinets, instruments for the control system, relevant network equipment, cables, and cable trays).

Delivery date: Tentatively scheduled before April 30, 2026, to meet the construction schedule requirements.
