






On June 20, the ammonia synthesis section's core equipment—the synthesis gas compressor unit—of the China Energy Engineering Group Songyuan Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park (Integrated Green Hydrogen, Ammonia, and Alcohol) project successfully passed its initial commissioning test. The entire unit operated smoothly, with all indicators normal, meeting the requirements for mechanical operation tests.
The ammonia synthesis gas compressor installed in the project, as the first domestically produced electric-driven fresh gas-recycle gas combined three-cylinder four-stage centrifugal compressor in the domestic ammonia synthesis plant sector, will overcome high torque, achieve a high level of integration in the traditional compression process, and integrate compression steps that were previously performed separately, greatly optimizing the system process and significantly improving operational efficiency and reliability. This fully demonstrates the breakthrough practice of the Songyuan project in the application of domestically produced high-end equipment, and further underscores the project's pivotal role in promoting the integrated development of wind and solar power, hydrogen, and energy storage across the entire industry chain, as well as in building a modern energy supply system of "green electricity—green hydrogen—green terminals," highlighting China Energy Engineering Group's industry-leading value in driving the green transformation of energy.
The successful commissioning of the synthesis gas compressor unit before leaving the factory has laid a solid foundation for subsequent joint commissioning and project operation. Currently, the construction and equipment installation of the Songyuan project are progressing in an orderly manner according to the established plan.
