Hydrogen Utopia International (HUI) has raised £250,000 by placing 14.3 million shares at £0.0175 each to fund its new agreement with InEnTec Inc. The deal grants HUI access to 10 exclusive licences for InEnTec’s TRL9 waste-to-hydrogen technology across the MENA region.
HUI will apply InEnTec’s Plasma Enhanced Melter (PEM) system to convert complex waste—including plastics, tyres, and hazardous materials—into clean hydrogen while capturing CO₂. Each project is estimated to require $50–100 million in capital expenditure and could reach commercial operation within 24 months.
Initial projects are targeted for Saudi Arabia and the UAE, aligning with their low-carbon strategies. HUI plans to focus on distributed hydrogen production for transport and municipal use, with potential for industrial-scale deployments and future expansion into Europe.
