On June 11, 2025, Wison Engineering, a global leading provider of energy engineering EPC services and technology integration solutions, and Sungrow Hydrogen Energy, a company specializing in water electrolysis-based hydrogen production technology, officially launched MegaFlex, a one-stop integrated solution for large-scale green hydrogen production. This solution, based on the concept of "factory as a product," transforms green hydrogen plants from traditional engineering projects into replicable, scalable, and rapidly deployable industrial products, significantly improving delivery efficiency and achieving a more optimized levelized cost of green hydrogen. The launch ceremony was held during the 2025 SNEC International PV Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference in Shanghai.

This launch marks a significant milestone achieved by both parties following the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement in May this year. The two sides will collaborate deeply on the standardization of green hydrogen projects, covering the entire process from project design, system integration, module manufacturing, to on-site delivery. Wison Engineering boasts extensive experience in modular R&D, design, delivery, supply chain execution, and global project management, while Sungrow Hydrogen Energy possesses solid capabilities in R&D across the entire hydrogen production process and the implementation of green hydrogen projects. Leveraging their complementary strengths, the two parties will jointly develop efficient green hydrogen solutions for the global market.

Core Highlights of MegaFlex:

1. Mature and reliable flexible electrolysis-based hydrogen production technology, with an intelligent electrolyzer digital management system, international engineering capabilities, leading-edge technology, and safe and reliable performance.

2. Standardized design, offering one-stop solutions covering hydrogen production stations of different scales, supporting rapid deployment and flexible expansion.

3. Modular delivery, significantly reducing on-site construction costs and risks, and enhancing overall project delivery efficiency.

The MegaFlex design combines the Mega+Flex design philosophy. "Mega" represents a single system's capacity to produce 500MW of hydrogen, while "Flex" embodies the solution's high compatibility, allowing it to scale up to gigawatt-level projects or down to small- and medium-scale projects of several dozen megawatts, meeting green hydrogen development needs at different stages. Additionally, the system integrates Wison's self-developed intelligent simulation platform, RelPS, which can optimize configuration and adjust control strategies based on wind and solar resources, downstream loads, and operational requirements, thereby optimizing initial investment and operating costs.

At the launch ceremony, both parties expressed warm congratulations on the successful launch of the solution and looked forward to continued cooperation in the future. Mr. Liu Hengwei, Chief Technology Officer of Wison Engineering, stated, "Sungrow Hydrogen Energy has profound expertise and outstanding performance in water electrolysis-based hydrogen production. This powerful alliance not only represents a significant practice for Wison Engineering in the field of green hydrogen engineering but also reflects our continuous improvement in new energy engineering service capabilities. By integrating modular design and standardized delivery under the concept of "factory as product," MegaFlex will provide global customers with safer, more efficient, and more cost-effective green hydrogen solutions."

Green hydrogen, as a crucial raw material for sustainable fuels such as green ammonia and green methanol, is gradually becoming a core component of the energy transition. As global demand for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and green synthetic fuels continues to grow, along with stricter carbon reduction policies and environmental protection standards, Wison Engineering hopes to further enhance its technological and engineering capabilities in the green hydrogen sector through this collaboration, thereby contributing to the advancement of global hydrogen energy development and the profound transformation of the energy structure.
