On the morning of June 5, the 1050Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzer, a core piece of equipment for the demonstration project of the China Energy Engineering Group Songyuan Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park (integrated green hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol) constructed by Huaneng Guangneng, was officially shipped. This milestone event marks a crucial step forward for Huaneng Guangneng in electrolytic water hydrogen production, injecting strong momentum into Jilin Province's zero-carbon energy transition.
The 1050Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzer shipped this time is the core hydrogen production equipment for the project. It was developed by Huaneng Guangneng using the industry's first independently developed intelligent parametric design system. Leveraging a brand-new intelligent manufacturing factory, it achieves high-precision and high-efficiency production of hydrogen production equipment through intelligent manufacturing. The project was selected for the 2023 annual "Taihu Light" Science and Technology Breakthrough Program - Industrial Prospects and Key Technology R&D Projects list. This technology enables flexible design of a full range of alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production systems up to 2000Nm³/h, significantly shortening manufacturing cycles and reducing user costs. The products can be widely applied in multiple scenarios, including energy storage, transportation fuels, and chemical synthesis.
