On May 28, 2025, H2 Energy and South Korea's AIMSAK signed a cooperation agreement at AIMSAK's headquarters in Cheongju, South Korea.

AIMSAK is a leading manufacturer of power tools and DC batteries in South Korea, with a market presence in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. H2 Energy is a global leader in air-cooled hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen-powered drones, with businesses encompassing air-cooled hydrogen fuel cells, hydrogen-powered drones, hydrogen production and storage products, and low-altitude AI services.

The two parties will collaborate in areas such as the manufacturing and sales of H2 Energy's hydrogen-powered drones in South Korea, localized software and hardware R&D, the development of hydrogen-powered tools, and the exploration of capital market mergers and acquisitions. They will integrate their technological strengths and market resources to jointly promote the widespread adoption of heavy-load, long-driving range hydrogen-powered drone solutions.

The strategic cooperation between H2 Energy and South Korea's AIMSAK marks a crucial step forward in H2 Energy's globalization process. This agreement will expedite the commercialization of H2 Energy's hydrogen-powered drone technology in overseas markets and further deepen its global regional layout.
