The tender announcement indicates that the EPC general contracting for the Hydrogen Energy (Hydrogen Production) Demonstration Project (Phase I) of the Yulin Zero-Carbon Industrial Park is being undertaken by Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Co., Ltd. as the construction unit. The project covers an area of approximately 300 mu, with Phase I covering 166 mu. The project's construction scale includes three 1000Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers, three 1000Nm³/h gas-liquid treatment systems, two 500Nm³/h PEM complete systems (including EDI desalination systems and gas-liquid treatment systems), and one 100Nm³/h SOEC complete system. The construction content includes a workshop for hydrogen production through water electrolysis, hydrogen storage and filling facilities, a central control room, a hydrogen energy exhibition hall, an analytical laboratory, a utility workshop for circulating water and demineralized water stations, a substation, regional power distribution and transformation, an emergency water tank, a temporary storage site for hazardous waste, and a comprehensive office building. The total area occupied by buildings and structures is 28,377.92 m², with a total building area of 14,945.21 m² and a total floor area of 41,504.75 m².
