Green Hydrogen Project Tracking - Wind and Solar Power-to-Hydrogen Project in Inner Mongolia (Hydrogen Production Side) Approved for Filing

Recently, the Wind and Solar Power to Hydrogen Production Integrated Project (Hydrogen Production End) of Inner Mongolia Gemeng Yihe New Energy Co., Ltd. in Chayouqianqi was approved for filing. The project has an investment of 259 million yuan and a capacity of 10,600 Nm³/h!

The project is located in Tianpishan Industrial Chemical Park, Chahar Right Wing Front Banner, Ulanqab City, with a total investment of 259.4003 million yuan. The project owner is Inner Mongolia Gemeng Yihe New Energy Co., Ltd.

Construction scale: Hydrogen production capacity of 10,600 Nm³/h, oxygen production capacity of 5,300 Nm³/h, annual green hydrogen production capacity of 2,947.05 t/a, and annual green oxygen production capacity of 23,576 t/a. Construction content: Green electricity to hydrogen production process: green electricity → electrolyzer → gas-liquid separation - hydrogen purification → hydrogen storage, compression, and filling → hydrogen tube trailer. Facilities and equipment: water electrolysis units, separation and purification units, hydrogen storage units, oxygen storage units, hydrogen compression, vehicle loading and unloading facilities, utilities and auxiliary facilities such as a central control room, laboratory, water purification plant, circulating water plant, comprehensive warehouse, maintenance workshop, fire pump house, heat exchange station, and other ancillary facilities for the overall project.

The planned construction period of the project is from July 2025 to December 2027.
