Green Hydrogen Project Tracking - Hopu Engineering Wins EPC+O General Contracting Project for Bachu County’s 5MW Distributed PV-Hydrogen Integrated Demonstration Project

Recently, Houpu Clean Energy (Group) Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Houpu Engineering") successfully won the bid for Section 4 of the Bachu County 5MW Distributed PV Hydrogen Production, Storage, and Refueling Integrated (Pilot Demonstration) Project - the EPC+O (Engineering, Procurement, Construction + Operation) General Contracting Project for the Integrated Hydrogen Production, Storage, and Refueling System, leveraging its leading technological capabilities and extensive project experience in the field of hydrogen energy industry chain system integration and engineering. This successful bid represents another significant breakthrough for Houpu Engineering in the field of integrated demonstration projects for hydrogen production, storage, and refueling.

Located in Bachu County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang, this project is a key hydrogen energy demonstration project developed by Guangdong Hydropower in Xinjiang. It integrates green power generation, hydrogen production, storage, and refueling, forming an integrated operation model of "PV + hydrogen production + hydrogen storage + hydrogen refueling" and establishing a complete closed-loop hydrogen energy application system of "source - grid - load - storage," demonstrating a high degree of integration and technological leadership.

As the EPC+O general contractor for the project, Houpu Engineering will not only undertake the full range of engineering tasks, including survey and design, equipment procurement, construction, system integration, and commissioning, but will also be responsible for the one-year operation and management after the project's completion. This integrated model of "engineering construction + operation services" marks a further extension and deepening of Houpu Engineering's service capabilities in the hydrogen energy sector.
