On May 26, 2025, Inner Mongolia Yitai Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yitai Group"), Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems Co., Ltd. The three parties will take the lead in carrying out in-depth cooperation in the field of low-carbon and green new energy in Inner Mongolia, and sincerely invite partners from the "wind and solar power, hydrogen, energy storage, and vehicle" industry chain to jointly promote the production, transportation, and consumption of green hydrogen, the construction of low-carbon and zero-carbon logistics scenarios, and accelerate the commercial application of hydrogen energy through collaborative efforts. During the meeting, the three parties exchanged views on leveraging their respective resource, industrial, and technological advantages to collaboratively build green hydrogen production sites, consumption sites, and a zero-carbon logistics scenario platform, starting from the "Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos-Ulanqab" region. They also conducted strategic planning exchanges on expanding into overseas markets such as Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. At the meeting, Yipai Hydrogen Energy proposed a blueprint for building an industrial alliance to create a 1 billion-level equipment industry, a 10 billion-level carbon-neutral logistics industry, and a 100 billion-level green energy industry. Yitai Group and Shuangliang Group expressed their commitment to opening up scenarios, technologies, and industrial resources to fully support the achievement of these strategic goals!

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the three parties will build the first green and low-carbon mine complex in Ordos, jointly apply for new energy construction projects, and establish a "wind and solar power-based hydrogen production and refueling integrated project + zero-carbon hydrogen energy coal logistics and transportation project" targeting Yitai Group's mine and chemical application scenarios. They will also collaborate to build the first green urban logistics support platform in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, promoting the improvement and development of the last-mile hydrogen energy logistics industry chain. The three parties will further jointly advance the "Inner Mongolia Hydrogen Energy Go Global Plan," leveraging the geographical advantages of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and hydrogen energy pipeline network resources to expand into overseas markets and enhance international brand influence.

This cooperation represents a deepening and strengthening of the three parties' previous collaborations and serves as a pledge before the official launch and operation of the projects. As an important energy base in China, Inner Mongolia is actively seeking the transformation and upgrading of its traditional energy industry.
