Recently, the signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation agreement between Kerun Group and the Jia Geng Innovation Laboratory was held in the conference room of Building 3, Energy Materials, at the Jia Geng Innovation Laboratory in Xiamen. At the signing ceremony, the two sides first held the kick-off meeting for the Special Project of the Central Government Guiding Local Science and Technology Development in Fujian Province: the R&D project for fully localised, high-efficiency proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis hydrogen production membrane electrode materials and processes. Focusing on topics such as tackling key technologies in hydrogen energy core materials, they engaged in in-depth exchanges on jointly promoting the implementation of the agreement, strengthening project alignment, and working together for win-win development. Subsequently, witnessed by Yang Dawei, Chairman of Kerun Group, and Fang Xiaoliang, Executive Dean of the Hydrogen Energy Research Institute at the Jia Geng Innovation Laboratory, Xu Gang, R&D Director of Fujian Kerun Company, and Chen Weiping, Director of the Major Projects Comprehensive Coordination Department at the Jia Geng Innovation Laboratory, signed the strategic cooperation agreement as representatives of both parties, injecting new momentum into the development of China's hydrogen energy industry. This strategic agreement marks a milestone in the cooperation between Kerun Group and the Jia Geng Innovation Laboratory, aiming to leverage the technological resources and industrial advantages of both parties to accelerate the process of fully localising proton exchange membrane (PEM) water electrolysis hydrogen production membrane electrode materials. Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce global technological competition, the advancement of this process will continuously enhance the core competitiveness of China's hydrogen energy industry. Through future technological innovations and in-depth cooperation between the two parties, the hydrogen energy industry will embrace even broader development prospects in the future!
