TSMC to Establish Dedicated WMCM Packaging Line
The A20 chip, which may be adopted by Apple's iPhone 18 in 2026, will begin to incorporate WMCM packaging. TSMC will establish a dedicated production line at its Chiayi AP7 plant, with nearly all equipment to be newly procured. (Digitimes)
